Advocacy Rates
All services are charged at an hourly rate of $100. Drive time for clients living outside of Tyler is charged as well. I cannot predict how many service hours any client might need, but, on average, it takes about 5 hours of file review/study and planning to prepare for the initial meeting with the school, whether that be an ARD or a 504 meeting. Those first meetings tend to last between 1 and 2 hours.
Advocacy services will be dependent on the unique needs of your situation and what you want to achieve.
PLEASE NOTE: If your child is diagnosed with an IDD or is suspected of having an IDD, you will be encouraged to utilize my services through The Arc of Smith County. I am their executive director, so the services are the same.
